Bellatrix makes up the left shoulder of Orion and is known by various names: the Roaring Conqueror, The Female Warrior, and the Amazon Star. It is said that this star only gives success to those with a willingness to journey deep into the uncomfortable elements of the psyche, "for this is the left, or more shadowy side, of the great god". Hence, this star relates to those whose victory arises from daring to explore the (under)world within - the unconscious and supernatural elements of humanity. The star of Bellatrix shines its starlight upon an obscure path - to walk it is to know the bliss of accepting every last shadow within.
